Thank you for using 彩票平台products and services. This is a notification for the end of support of Microsoft OS equipped on 彩票平台products.

2. Notice
Above products are properly equipped with Windows OS. 彩票平台has provided security updates for vulnerabilities that are considered to be at risk. However, after the end of OS support date, such updates will not be provided.
Please upgrade target controllers to Windows 11 before October 14, 2025.*
For the instruction of upgrading to Windows 11, please refer to Microsoft official announcement.
*Hardware support and service parts are provided based on the OS version the customer originally purchased.

2. Notice
Above products are properly equipped with Windows OS. 彩票平台has provided security updates for vulnerabilities that are considered to be at risk. However, after the end of OS support date, such updates will not be provided.
Please note that target controllers cannot be upgraded to Windows 11 because their hardware specifications do not meet the requirements for Windows 11.
彩票平台suggests to replace the target controllers with the latest models. However, the replacement models may not be offered depending on sales locations. Please contact your sales representative for local availability.

2. Notice
Above products are properly equipped with Windows OS and provides whitelist security to offer product features.
彩票平台has provided firmware updates for vulnerabilities that are considered to be at risk. However, after the end of OS support date, such firmware updates will not be provided.
彩票平台IWBs will be protected from malware by whitelist even after the end of OS support dates. However, for customers where 彩票平台products are not allowed to be used by security reasons, please disconnect IWB product from the network or consider replacing with the latest products.
Please note that 彩票平台will continue to provide maintenance service under maintenance or support contract with customers.

Above products are properly equipped with Windows OS and provides whitelist security to offer product features. 彩票平台have provided firmware updates for vulnerabilities that are considered to be at risk and to have customers to update, or technicians to update the program. However, after the end of OS support date, such firmware updates will not be provided.
彩票平台IWBs will be protected from malware by whitelist even after the end of OS support dates. However, for customers where 彩票平台products are not allowed to be used by security reasons, please disconnect IWB product from the network or consider replacing with the latest products.

2. Safety of RICOH UCS products
Even after the end of OS support date, 彩票平台UCS products can be used safely for the following reasons:
- As 彩票平台UCS device do not open any listen ports for external access, there is no entry point for malware.
- 彩票平台UCS can communicate only with the 彩票平台server with mutual authentication.
- No threats were reported by third party vulnerability assessment.
- 彩票平台regularly perform tests on its server using a vulnerability scanning tool and no threats have been found.
- In case a vulnerability is found in the software, 彩票平台provide process to update countermeasure software via internet. However, after the end of OS support date, such OS patches will not be provided.
3. In the event if critical risk is found on the Windows OS
As stated above, 彩票平台determine that security risk is relatively low at this point. However, if a critical vulnerability is discovered in the future, 彩票平台may suspend the use of UCS service with RICOH Unified Communication service basic terms and conditions.

2. End of support on the product and related application
With the end of OS support, 彩票平台will terminate support of the following application on the same date. P3500M firmware will not be updated thereafter, including OS patches.
